About Dr. Taylor
Dr. Diondraya Taylor has spent her career doing one thing: expanding what young people believe they're capable of and building the conditions that prove them right. As an educator, entrepreneur, and researcher, she has designed curricula, launched social enterprises, and created experiences that help young people identify their unique contribution and take a real step toward it. She currently serves as Director of the Scott Center for Social Entrepreneurship at the Hillbrook School. Her UCLA PhD research confirmed what she had already seen in practice: the systems young people navigate are often designed in ways that quietly suppress their willingness to pursue the opportunities calling them. That research is the foundation of every talk she delivers.
